Idaho’s economy continues to perform exceptionally well, and the construction industry is reaping the benefits, says Hammon. “Nowhere is this momentum more visible than in Boise, where tower cranes dominate the skyline. The landmark Micron project—the largest single construction effort in Idaho’s history—continues to make significant progress, serving as a symbol of the state’s economic vitality,” Hammon says. 

“Across the Treasure Valley, dynamic developments are taking shape. From multistory residential and hospitality projects to cutting-edge data centers, construction activity remains robust and diverse. These projects not only reflect confidence in the market but also promise to enhance the quality of life and economic opportunity throughout the region,” he says. 

“The Idaho Legislature recently committed an unprecedented $1-billion investment in public infrastructure, ensuring that public works contractors can look forward to a steady pipeline of projects and long-term growth. All signs point to a thriving future for Idaho’s construction sector,” he contends.
