ENR Mountain States & Southwest is compiling its annual Top Design Firms list, which will be published in the June 23 issue of the magazine.

Firms will be ranked based on 2024 revenues for work done within the recently merged Mountain States & Southwest region, which includes Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.

We have received more than 90 surveys so far, and those firms are listed at the end of this blog post. We have extended the deadline and submissions will be accepted through May 30. Please note: Due to space limitations, it’s possible that not all firms that submit surveys will be included in the print ranking based on revenue totals.

The top designers issue will include more specialized lists of the top firms in the region ranked by the amount of sector-specific and green work they have done in the past year.

These surveys also help ENR editors select the regional firms of the year, based on a review of each company’s financials, projects and other accomplishments. You can read about the recently announced 2025 regional winners at ENR.com. The Design Firms of the Year are Westwood Professional Services for Colorado/Wyoming, CSHQA for the Intermountain area of Idaho, Utah and Montana, and Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) for the Southwest (Arizona, New Mexico). Stories on each firm will appear in the June 23 issue as well.

Fill out a survey to be included in this year’s ranking here and check out information about all ENR regional top lists, including Top Contractors at this link
