This year marks the debut of ENR’s Texas & Southeast’s Top Contractors lists. The ranking, created as part ENR’s regional restructuring, consolidates data from two sprawling former regions—Texas & Louisiana, and Southeast—that are now sub-regions of ENR Texas & Southeast.

While we’ll continue to provide data on the two separate sub-regions, this year’s Top Contractors ranking will provide revenue data of firms operating in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

A year ago, contractors working in these states reported—via the two separate surveys—a collective $108.79 billion in 2023 revenue. For this year’s Top Contractors ranking, companies collectively reported $127.88 billion in 2024 revenue, an increase of roughly 17.5%.

A list of the 133 firms that responded to the 2025 ENR Texas & Southeast Top Contractors survey is recorded below, in alphabetical order. Look for the ranking in the August 11 edition of ENR Texas & Southeast. Also, this year’s Contractors of the Year—representing the separate sub-regions of Texas & Louisiana as well as Southeast will be announced soon.
